In this day and age of the “Internet” and “cellular telephones” a lot of classic conventions are being abandoned, especially ones from the late 1800’s sphere of etiquette.

I refer, of course, to the calling card, once a staple of privileged stuffed-shirts from days long gone, now relegated to little more than an article on Yahoo! Answers.

Maybe calling cards aren’t practical for everyday use - nobody wants to waste paper just to let someone know that they came to call - that’s ridiculous. But what about tragedies? Aren’t emails, phone calls, and undocumented in-person conversations a little too impersonal? Let us look to history for a solution!

This 10-pack of calling cards will be PERFECT for the next tragedy in your life! Each card measures 2” by 3.5” (like a business card - you can keep a couple in your wallet or bag or back pocket or first-aid kit) and all are professionally printed (process, not digital!) on luxurious heavy stock with a dignified matte finish. Cards are all double sided - the front lets recipients know they’re in for bad news, while the back provides them greater details. There’s even a space to write in the bottom quarter, use it for particularly grisly details (or contact information).
